Returns Policy

Your Home Hygienist can be returned within 60 days of receiving the product for a full refund - risk free! Product must be returned in its original packaging with all components. To take us up on this offer simply follow the instructions below and we will process a full refund.

  1. Email smile@homehygienist.com.au with your name, address and order number 
  2. Send product with all packaging and components the PO Box listed below
  3. Once product is received complete, HH will refund your purchase in full. 
  4. Please note cost of return is not covered by the Home Hygienist. 

Your Home Hygienist also comes with a 12-month warranty from purchase. If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Take a clear video and images of the defect
  2. Email smile@homehygienist.com.au with details about the defect and attached the video/photos taken.
  3. Home Hygienist will then review and once approved, send back your device with all contents.
  4. Once received a replacement will be processed and sent out via express shipping

You have 12 months from the date ordered to process a warranty application.

Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
